Apportionment formula
The Conferences uses a Decimal Formula to figure out how much each church pays:
New Formula-Expenditure Based Formula:
A = E X (P + i )
where E is the local church’s net expenditures
P is the base percentage
i is based upon the local church’s observed economic constraints
